This sculpture gestures upward and out yet supported by nature and the ground below. It relates to the realm of higher thinking, idealistic pondering and spiritual values. It reflects activity in this landscape from the bird nests high in the trees and the human activity of the 2 and 3 storey homes bordering Piney Lakes Reserve with their high balconies and window frontages overlooking the area. Flowering, opening and informing the heavens as well as receiving, giving and inspiring the earth.
